Seek & Serve, Inc. (501(c)(3)) exists to fund home accessibility projects for kids and teens who have new, complex neurological and medical conditions. At a time where you need to focus on your child's recovery, we want to focus on getting them home.

When can I apply?

Anytime. Applications are reviewed weekly.

How much assistance can I get?

We are 100% grant and donor funded. Assistance depends on the funding we have available to give. Generally, projects approved are less than $5000.

What type of home modifications are covered?

Ramps (custom and portable), bathroom accessories (grab bars, non-skid mats, shower handles), wheelchair mats, and some non-custom durable medical equipment.
